I do payroll for the department I supervise. I know how much each person in the department makes. In my department there are 42 people, 4 are working with H1B visas.

Not in my organization. All our HI-B employees make the same salary and are eligible for all the same bonuses. The only difference is part of the sign on bonuses we offer are used to offset the cost of the Visa.

Many of us depend on healthcare professionals from other countries. In my lab, 3 of the team are here with H1B visas. There are so few Americans with the education needed to perform our jobs.
We posted a job 3 weeks ago and the only qualified applicants have been international candidates.

Please also remember that it was Nextstar and Sinclair broadcasting who refused to air Kimmel unless he donated to Turning Point.
