Update: I made sun tea! This picture is from when I first put it out, it was a deep almost black indigo when it finished. I drank it last night over ice with lemonade. It was perfect and turned a pretty purple. The flavor notes popped more with the lemonade as a backdrop.

My other recent score - Bella Luna Blue from Adagio Teas. It’s only available on a blue moon. I was able to pick some up last month and it came in today. The next blue moon is next August. 🌕
It’s a really mild tea but I think maybe adding some lemonade may bring out the taste. Maybe iced?
