The UCMJ requires military members to refuse orders that are contrary to the Constitution, federal law, or a lawful superior order. Yes, it is constitutional for the U.S. government to deport people who are in the country illegally. No unconstitutional order was given.

And some of the people who were jailed and tortured by the democrats were simply near the capitol on jan 6th. They were innocent bystanders but the hate filled democrats scooped up as many as they could, and didn't give them due process. yet you turn a blind eye.
