This "very big mistake" if anyone's wondering. Pseudoscientific "Evidence Based Medicine" (EBM) hierarchies are a cookbook approach, basing authority on whether a study is the kind of study carried out by the people who invent EBM hierarchies. It's why they blew off the actual experts in 2020.

This "very big mistake" if anyone's wondering. Pseudoscientific "Evidence Based Medicine" (EBM) hierarchies are a cookbook approach, basing authority on whether a study is the kind of study carried out by the people who invent EBM hierarchies. It's why they blew off the actual experts in 2020.
She never let him get a word in edgewise, though. It was deliberate, just haranguing him and making it 'his fault' for daring to ask if the deaths ICE directly caused could have indicated any flaw in the agency or program.

I'd love an auto-updated slider showing the proportion of factually-correct statements she utters, to her spin/evasions, to her factually-incorrect answers.
