I am trying this vegan *tuna* from squeaky bean.
It's been a long time since I had the real stuff but remember the taste.
This is a pretty accurate texture and is more subtle in fish flavour. But , all I'm all ,very nice.
I am however a bit weirded out by HOW they make it taste fishy
