Nearly retired, longtime financial aid admin, nerd / geek ( SW/ST/DW/LoTR/Marvel) Can't remember if my first love was Spiderman or Rudolph. Saw OG Star Wars in the theater. Believe in love and vote blue. Plan on reading a lot
Oh, I'm jealous. The one time I was in NY, it was playing, with Tim Curry, and we were treated to a show by industry partners .... But they took us to see the Producers. I'd much rather have seen Spamalot. (Did see it with a good college cast though).

If we're counting stage/live only.... Five musicals I've seen:

Camelot (w/Richard Burton... I was very young but my mom took me to shows)

Man of LaMancha

Annie Get You Gun (2 high school versions)

Spamalot

I'm still sorry I missed it in theaters as visually it's sunny ( along with the wonderful adventure story). I finally watched it some months later and was stunned.

Okay, I'm sheltered, didn't know about that. Apparently, in Australia, the plastic flamingos are a sign. Had to tell my husband, as he loves them ( grew out of a joke where they would put a flamingo ornament on his mom's immaculate Christmas trees). But we're in FL so they're almost a requirement.

Ah, so you've been there already. I don't know that we'll ever get to go again, but we we have some great memories of it. 🎉

It's absolutely worth it, and this comes from someone who is native Florida and has been to all the big DW parks many times. We really enjoyed Disneyland. Everything was there that we needed, they make wonderful use of the lagoon and it wasn't near as crowded.

A horror film, for sure ( & I get the reference)

Darn, I saved that one to watch later, as glass blowing is pretty cool, and a new hook.

I hope you enjoy it. I tried the book and stopped pretty quickly, but saw it on stage years ago with a touring show and it was fabulous. I love Cynthia Erivo's work ("Harriet") but was worried about Ariana Grande as Glinda. I shouldn't have - she's fantastic.
