It could of literally been going on for years but it did not matter because crafting
Now that crafting is gone we see the issue

I wonder if it's all guns because the hand Cannon on paper should be easiers to get rime stealer and headstone but that roll won't drop for me
They really just need to make everything craftable farming for the same gun is not fun for me at all
