Alright guys, my kid randomly got interested in Voyager 1 today and he asked how on earth we pulled this off. I have no clue. I asked chatGPT because a google search didn’t give him enough apparently and that wasn’t exactly satisfying. I have a curious eight year old. Help!

Just finished this. The organization is weird and I am having trouble describing it. It is a collection of essays and some just straight up punch you in the gut. She highlights racism, sexual assault, rape and misogyny. At its core it is a woman raging against all the wrongs she has encountered.

Now reading about the Vietnam War. Sure, you’ve heard of the My Lai massacre but this author found a mass of documents that talked about other travesties.
Enough to argue that the travesties weren’t the result of rogue soldiers but systemic.

Read a piece by Erick Erickson about how crime is down in Atlanta. It is. He also mentions that he always stayed in a hotel where valets warned him about not going out etc. more basic fear mongering. The right and their crusade to make you think 2021-2022 was so super unsafe is strange to me.

If, at 33, someone described a relationship I was trying to build as “quietly hanging out” I would have left immediately. I’m only 37. Am I that out of touch? Probably.
