That implies that even he knows that Oz, who is on the scene, isn't to be trusted. Not a good look for any of them.

Houston!

That sounds encouraging- we did JITs back in April, no recent requests.

Yes, things still seem to be trickling out so... who knows? I do feel bad for the POs - they must be getting it from all sides. I imagine every day is some new hell.

I've got one sitting at ~4% and heard this from the PO last week:
"The NEI Grant Management is working hard to get the January Council round awards out of the door, and I’m hopeful this will happen within the next a few days." Do I believe them? Already had to lay someone off.

Congratulations!

Absolutely disheartening. So sorry this is happening to you and everyone else affected.

Fingers crossed that mine will finally get some official word so I can know I’m still employed 🤞🍀

This is really cool!

That’s so sad but you are clearly doing the right thing for the dog. Know in your heart you made the best choice for him ❤️

Infuriating.

If something this obvious isn’t enough to convince people, what else can we do? Years and years of evidence ignored.

On the bright side, you had a fun evening working your way through a challenging recipe. It was a distraction from the bad place. You’ll use the feedback and try it again and work your way closer to a dish that makes everyone happy 😊.

Thought of this when the dolphins were hanging around the astronauts splash down the other day 😊

This is so sad, and terrifying! When she knew what was wrong and also knew exactly what was coming.

My current grant runs out in May and the original timeline was my only hope for staying in my non- tenured position 🙄. Fortunately I’ve been around long enough to retire, but that’s not the outcome I wanted.

As someone who has a scored grant that was scheduled for council last Friday (which didn’t happen), I’m pretty sure I’m screwed. Hope I’m wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️

Adding in these links makes me feel like I'm doing something at least a little bit helpful but you are absolutely right, there is a lot of useful information there beyond the paper. At least access to the source material at the DOI would be better than nothing, if necessary.

Thanks for this link. I run a website that links out to PubMed references and I'm going to start linking directly to the DOIs instead, in case PubMed goes away or is censored. Better safe than sorry.
