Nope. His father was a US citizen. He was born in Manhattan. Even if his mother wasn't a citizen, under the 14th amendment, he is entitled to 'birthright citizenship'.

A few years back, Muslim students at a university in Sydney questioned the Halal credentials of their food service company. It came to a head when the cafeterias started offering 'halal bacon and egg burgers' :-)
