A big plus for me: Pete Buttigieg was a Rhodes Scholar. He attended the University of Oxford on a Rhodes Scholarship and earned a BofArts degree in philosophy, politics, and economics. Also RS's: Cory Booker, Bill Clinton, Robert Reich, George Stephanopolus, Rachael Maddow, Kris Kristofferson . . .
