This may be the weirdest phishing/fraud attempt I have received yet.
It reads like it was written by 3 AIs in a trenchcoat.

I have a trick to reduce my phone time! I kept finding myself zoning out scrolling for dopamine.

Setting the screen to black and white makes doomscrolling and games unappealing - but I can still see work/school messages etc and use accessibility apps. I've set this mode up for 10-4 daily now. #ADHD

After I left for Aus my dad raided my wardrobe for running and gardening t-shirts. I often come over to find him in an old con t-shirt - here's today's with logo by @muskratjohn.bsky.social

Spring is definitely sproinging in Dungarvan today. #K225

It's a beautiful day to walk the dog in Cork and I may finally be over being ill. What's your good news for the day?

Just went for a run and it's honestly lovely out in #Cork at the moment. Sunny, mild, birdies singing away (probably, I can't hear them but I doubt they're miming).

Feeling sad as I close Twitter down. From getting work writing about beer, to free tickets to shows, to having my photos reposted by bands like The Darkness, to getting invited to a party with Tommy Lee, to just having chats with the #IrishTwitter crowd, I met a lot of fun people.

The dog got up, went outs for a wee, had breakfast and went straight back to bed.
Truly the winter holiday icon Ireland needs.
