Sadgirlsara17 sims build- a Dark Brown Wood Paneled Coffee shop with big square glass windows, a parking lot with 3 cars, a garden complete with a sign in simlish. A similar sign with a coffee cup hangs above the cars. Behind them a terrace that has seating. There are a lot of flowers and landscaping. All of different sizes and colors. Mostly pink, yellow, and purple. That lead to patio with some umbrella tables. Sis worked real hard on this. You can see a driveway on the side that leads to a driveway, with a small car leading up to a door- like an apartment entrance. A small staircase and some plants outside. Sis worked real hard on this.
