Wasn't sure what to pick for the final game so I chose this. I only play it in "2 week phases" now, but it's always nice to just boot up the game and play in survival mode with nothing but the music and sounds. This game was comfy as a kid, and it's comfy as an adult.

Hard to decide between this or the second game. This franchise in general knows how to keep the action going, with memorable locations, weapons, and combat. The ending of this one really hits different, knowing what the whole series has led up to

Like Mirror's Edge, this game can be oddly comforting. Leon's badass personality, the fun controls, extra content, variety of enemies and memorable set pieces make a complete package. And when there's no chaos, the eery vibes are there to calm the player before returning to the fun.

The unique controls and aesthetic make this both a video game, and a unique world, and it excels at both of them. Sometimes, a calmer vibe that contrasts the intensity is what a game needs.

3 fantastic movies adapted into a single game. The gameplay loop is very simple but memorable, the coop is fantastic, the most memorable scenes are portrayed perfectly, and the lack of dialogue turns the cutscenes into an art form.

A simple game, yet a legendary one. Controls are nice, the drifting system is engaging, and the character roster has a perfect mix of Crash heroes and villains.

This game thrives off of its art style and unique worlds in the same way Crash, Spyro, and Sly do. Really feels like you're exploring a galaxy.

The opening and ending of this game give a nice conclusion to a solid series. The art style of this game (and the previous 2) is perfect. That's all I really need to say about this one.

The color palettes and relaxing OST create a world that's like no other. What sets this apart from the 2 sequels is that the lack of fetch quests and minigames means you get to explore at your own leisure without interrupting the flow of gameplay.

Crash Bandicoot: Warped
While Crash 2 is the better game overall, this game's OST and level themes seal the deal. This has nearly everything I love about the Crash universe. The final boss is also peak.
