I went to our new Best Buy store today and saw the label pictured below attached to boxes in a row of sealed cartons. On the face it looks like a case of incitement to flout DOT Hazardous Materials Regulation HMR; C.F.R., Parts 171-180. Any other explanations?

Winter begins in southwest Montana - the Tobacco Root Mountains, so named for the bulb which sorta kinda satisfied the mountain men's craving for nicotine in the 1820's.
It looks cold, bleak and lonely, and it is!

I have a thought for Bluesky folks who are post-Enlightenment thinkers, users of the scientific method, and who disparage religion.
That humans have and do now use religion for evil does not invalidate religion any more than developing gunpowder or hydrogen bombs invalidates the scientific method.

I am growing orchids in a sunny place in our house. They are now all over six months old, but no blossoms. They are varieties which have scents.
Anyone reading this also into orchids on the mainland, above the 45th parallel?

We had our first day of winter here in SW Montana. About a foot of snow, airport in limited service, temp is 19 F and falling. Normally this happens at least once in October. Finally here and the snow plow guys are happy.

I live at the foot of the Bridger Mountain Range in Montana. This gives me many, many opportunities for great photos, sometimes literally from the front and back porches. Here is a recent sunset.
I am new to Bluesky, and welcome friendly interaction.
