Got my first review for my new chapbook
Oh my gosh, Axel. You really fucking shined in that zine. Like your poetry is so good and goes from being funny and playful to very dark and kinky. Like what a RANGE you have. Like your other writing is lovely, but you really are a poet. If I found that zine somewhere and read it, there would be poems I would think about for years to come, I mean the muppet one, the 'why I'm bisexual' one, the longer serious one about the statue (which holy shit that last line about upending mountains). Of course I'll be thinking about them anyway, but I think anyone would appreciate them
