When I worked at a store people would bring hot food to the counter and then say I forgot I can't buy hot food and try to go get one from the fridge case. I always stopped them and rang up the hot food cause there's no button asking if the burrito was warm
It’s true. Costco can afford to have some loss leaders, like their chicken and hot dog. But good luck trying to cook it yourself at that price. Not allowing hot food to be purchased with SNAP is just cruel, but it stems from the “we don’t want poor people buying steak and lobster” mindset.

Something unfortunate keeps happening. I'm good about tipping. Especially at a place I go to all the time. But every now and then I forget to check if I have cash on me and whenever I don't it's always the same woman working. She's probably not a big fan

There's no such thing as being an accelerationist. Democrats have relied on playing the lesser of 2 evils for decades. If we had let them fail then we would not be where we are now. We continue to kick the can down the road for fear of where we'll end up if there's any significant change

Got a tip for the baddies! I put conditioner on my stubble, let it sit for a minute or 2 and then put the shaving cream on without rinsing before shaving. As close of a shave as I've ever had

I'm curious how younger people are interpreting frieren. I really enjoy the show but there's an undercurrent of sadness flowing through each episode. At least to me. One of the themes of the show is enjoying moments for what they are and
