Yep. Doesn’t have to be from KY. It does:

1. Have to be 51% corn or more
2. Distilled to no more than 160 proof
3. Barreled at no more than 125 proof in charred new oak barrels
4. Bottled at no less than 80 proof.

Yep. It’s bourbon. The Lincoln Coutu Process doesn’t change any of the factors needed to make it bourbon.

It is definitely worth a pour, and the price is coming down on it. Pretty reasonable cost ($150 at Total Wine even).
