This was the architect. The engineering firm is a very large, publicly traded entity and the builder is also large. If I’m not mistaken both companies pulled their websites down as they received so much blow back for signing onto this job.

100% - did they not watch the TV ads run by the architect who designed one of his golf courses? The dude had to liquidate his kids college funds to make payroll. Google the ad from when he ran the first time.

Because once it’s gone what are you going to do? This is Trump’s MO. It is one of the reasons New Yorkers loathed him. He lied to them about the Bonwit Teller panels. He said he would preserve them and instead destroyed them. They have never forgiven him for this. Google the story.

When the boat flipped any freight would have sunk or floated away. Two human beings who had just been blown out of a boat and were certainly addled by the sound and force might, and I say might, have succeeded in flipping that size boat assuming they had all their limbs and weren’t losing blood.

It’s got to be demoralizing. All their time and effort for nothing. Then there is the tax dollars we all paid to pay for the investigation and prosecution all gone to waste. Then factor in the time the jurors gave. I want this person to know I appreciate what he did on our behalf.

We pay him to work, not nod off. He WANTED this job and now he has it. If any of us did this our supervisor would pull us into their office and ask us why we could not stay awake. F him. Whining is highly annoying.
