It was big warm hug meeting with the good people at California American Water whose charitable foundation presented us with a check for $5,000 to help people facing homelessness including school children, and people escaping domestic violence.

Sometimes we'll meet a client at a gas station to fill up their tank and we have ten minutes with them, ten important minutes to learn their most important and immediate needs. She requested a hug. We sent her off on her journey with both of our love cups brimming over.
