Pretty happy with last night's dinner (Charcuterie), I made a chocolate dump cake and it was better than expected, made æbleskiver, (Danish donuts) for the first time ever, for brunch, and our pork roast and sauerkraut is in the slow cooker for later. I'm also wearing pants, so that's a win.
Charcuterie board set out with various meats and cheeses, crackers, olives, almonds, dried cranberry, strawberries, fresh raw vegetables, homemade ranch dressing, fig jam, hot honey mustard, and a bottle of Chaucer's mead sitting out.

It's dangerous going into Barnes & Noble. I went in to buy a new Leuchtturm 1917 notebook and came out with 6 micro-histories. (Worth it.)

I'm really enjoying Blue Sky. It's like a breath of fresh air. People sharing their love for what they love, having fun with each other, and supporting each other.
