Today, Wilfredo, a 25 year old resident of Siskiyou County, in rural Northern California, came all the way to Sacramento (a nearly 6 hour drive!) to update his address with the ICE field office. In return for his trouble he’s been shackled and caged and his family fears he will be deported in the next day or two. Please call, starting 7am pacific time on Friday morning. You can ask to speak to an enforcement field operations supervisor or the enforcement field officer on duty. 916-339-4300 or 415-365-8800 email: SanFrancisco.Outreach@ice.dhs.gov “I am a concerned person calling to request the immediate release of Wilfredo Rivero. Wilfredo went to ICE today to update the agency on his new address. Attempting to comply with ICE’s rules should not lead to someone’s arrest.
