Halloween is near! Did you know that candy wrappers are not just paper or just plastic? Candy wrappers are a combination of plastic, aluminum, and paper, which makes them too difficult to recycle. Put all candy wrappers and those big plastic bags that hold fun-size candy into the Garbage cart.
