2/2 but it would be nice to have the option of being ‘adhd’, should my perspective change. I think the closest thing we have is ‘I’m an Adhd-er’ which is a term that is used in forums. To me that is a more connected/community term. If I meet someone with Adhd, I think -a fellow Adhd-er…they get me ❤️

Interesting comments. I like the option to use either/or term, depending on the individual’s preference (I work in inclusivity field). I ‘have’ Adhd, and do feel that it isn’t ‘me’, but a filter/lens, ‘I’ witness my world through, as I can recognize and rationalize it, when experiencing 1/2
