This person is far beyond that though you're right. At this point the threat they pose to others is far more concerning than any threat they or may not pose to themselves.

All speculation aside, this is a deeply disturbed and unwell individual and I hope everyone in your communities stay safe.

As someone who was subjected to involuntarily hospitalization for suicidal behavior, I can definitely attest that it took a long time for me to receive the help I needed. Even living somewhere with better than normal healthcare and support, until it reaches a breaking point help is limited.

I struggle to find any mental health situation this severe where the person would not already have been institutionalized or need a caregiver to function.

Their behavior is too harmful and outlandish to be genuine imo. Mind you I am not a mental health professional so could be blowing total smoke.

The work of fiction I've found very seldom lives up to just how vile real humans can actually be.

This is some of the saddest and most disgusting shit I've seen in a while and I'm beginning to doubt a lot of the stuff they say about themselves. I feel like they're just trolling you all.
