Party saw Lair Action on the initiative list before I said anything. Two of them said, "We should also get a Lair Action since this is our town."
On the Lair Action turn I said, "You intuited correctly! Here are your Lair Actions," and gave them a list of NPC allies to aid them. Excitement ensued!

Because we don't know much about what the Sunwell can do and its limits, I couldn't go, "Woah!" when the faceless fighters showed up.
Were they Arathi? Manifestations? If living, were they an army waiting for a miracle?
