The music and aesthetic is one of the big draws of this game. The Take it Easy bar music in particular is a personal favourite of mine.

Cars really are the way to speed in Sabotain, but a good ST-13 nighttime armor grind can buy you a fast car in the Tired Guns district you can call at will as well since cars unreliably spawn in the right direction and speed.

She gets better, but still has some cross-eyes in the parts you meet her in later sometimes.

It's not a full English patch too but it mainly effects cut-scenes. Both story paths are still very playable.
