For monsters I'd either go with Tremors (both horror and comedy) or Cabin in the Woods.

For psychological horror? I really like It Follows and Shutter Island.

Slashers have got to be the Jeepers Creepers movies and Nightmare on Elm Street.

ooo, leg day is always super fun and the jelly legs afterwards are funny. It was always bliss to take a nice warm bath after too!

Jak 2

There was something special about the complete paradigm shift from Jak and Daxter to Jak 2. Not to mention the story, the plot twists, character development and struggles!

This was a peak representation of gaming at the time for me and though core elements didn't age well, I still love it!

Divinity Original Sin 2

Made by Larian, you KNOW this is gonna be a top tier game. There is just SO MUCH you can do that other games would just limit you on. Also 4 player co-op is huge!

Like towards the endgame, through clever use of skills, took down a major boss without taking damage.

How about something abstract?

A game I bet a lot of you have never heard of. Genesis Noir. This game is something you NEED to experience and personally I think it's a master class on the phrase "show, don't tell" in terms of story telling.

Not to mention the art style is trippy and beautiful.

ALright, time for a shooter!

Battlefield 3 was my jam through and through. I was never really good with my aim back then, but I used to dominate the sky in jets and on the ground in tanks.

Hell at one point I just started going for dog tags and made my knife my 2nd most used weapon! 🤣
