Making a shredded chicken, pulled pork, BBQ Mac & Cheese...AND I'm testing out Bread Crumbs as a topper. 👀
Cheese(Cheddar & Gouda) Sauce (Roux method) came out a lil too thick, but that's an easy fix. Can't wait to taste it.
Considered mixing in more cheese, but with the heavy cream, it'd be OD.
