You're definitely better prepared then! In NL it's been an existing recommendation for 48hrs for yrs, at least since before '09. Then early Mar '25 the NL govt revived the list + increased the rec to 72hrs. Then the EU has also revived this suggestion (+ more) officially this week, which is new.

They've actually just updated the time frame - it used to be 48 hours and now it's 72 hours at min. Yes, the instructions have been around for years actually, but they're drawing attention back to them now.
