Exactly 15 years have passed now since 22nd July 2010 when I had installed Winamp the first time in my life on my own computer. Now there are also some various Standalone Milkdrop Visualizer around which are independent from a media player. And we will see, what will be after the next 15 years.

I recently called a service and then canceled the call after I heard a "digital assistant" instead of a human at the other end. If I want to make a telephone call because of a question or if I have a problem and I want to talk about it, then I want to talk with a real human and not with the AI.

We will have the 28th Winamp Anniversary tomorrow, on 21st April 2025. And then my 15th Twitter Anniversary in April 2025 will follow, although my latest 2 posts on X from 22nd July 2023 really should be the last ones. But I have logged in on Bluesky already today, and I wish You all Happy Easter.

Now 1 month will remain from today until 24th December 2024, and then 1 more week before we will change from 2024 to 2025. At least we got a beautiful XMAS Gift on 23rd December 2023 after 12 terrible years. Now I wish You a Good December Time, and hopefully a Better New Year 2025 will follow.

We never want to lose our old life completely. Less and less is remaining from our old life and we are missing more and more from the better times in the past. Those things which have gone forever will not come back anymore. But the most loved music never should be taken away from us too.

Of course our music-taste with Electronic and related music-genres does not fit the music-taste of many other people who prefer Mainstream instead. Many artist-colleagues and I myself had to experience it already that the beautiful tracks were not accepted by the other guests in the same rooms.

I recommend Winamp 5.666 Build 3516 (not 5.8x, not 5.9x) and WACUP together with the Milkdrop Visualizer (Milkdrop2), BeatDrop, projectM. I like them very much. I want to mention also NestDrop, musikcube, Webamp, Butterchurn Visualizer, Audiovisualizer for Chrome, SYQEL. I never tested Milkdrop3.

I registered on the old Winamp & SHOUTcast Forums in November 2010 and on the former Twitter in April 2010. Both platforms meant a lot to me, but I do not want to login again on the 1st one after my latest login there in 2017 and I do not want to make a new post on the 2nd one after July 2023.

We accept that many people go their way which they have chosen. But they have to accept it as well that we ourselves do not want to go the same way, we want to go our own way instead. Nobody should dictate our life, but many people have tried to patronize us very often (we do not like this).

I am not so young anymore with my age of 58, but I am still hoping that enough time is remaining for me. I can say again that it is important to enjoy every day intensely, because suddenly it can be all over, and it can happen completely unexpected. I have been reminded of this again in June 2024.

I had to hear the inappropriate words "It was just an animal!" ("Es war ja nur ein Tier!") at the telephone after my second rabbit died in September 1992. But also pets are family members, usually for many years. My husband and I had 5 cats in our life until 2012. We are still missing our cats.

I live in Berlin since my birth and I want to be burried in my homecity, anonymous with the cheapest coffin (not with the urn), if the day has come someday. I want no organ-music and no pastor / priest for the speech, only a neutral person. Hopefully this one day is still far away from me.

I have 100% copyrights for my own composed songs and artwork etc. I myself will not live forever, but all my profiles incl. uploads and posts should stay on the internet forever. I never will allow my few remained relatives to request the deletion of my free basic accounts after my death.

I remember again that I had registered on many platforms, especially from 2009 to 2014. Maybe 50% of my profiles have remained and maybe 25% will have remained 10 years later. Mostly the websites themselves and sometimes the free basic accounts at no cost suddenly have been discontinued.

Now I have arrived also here after arriving on Mastodon in the previous year. Sometimes it is necessary to move from another very old platform (which has become worse) to a new platform (or to change a meeting point in real because of the same reasons). I think that Bluesky will be a good place.
