WIP update:
3-D printer is busy with printing the #battletech Forward Base bits from Thunderhead Studio.
AND I picked up a paint brush for the first time in weeks to begin painting some of the structures of the base.
Though, I need to make some new washes as I am currently out.

While my dice rolling was much better, I realized way too late that I made a tactical error early on, which prevented me from gaining very many victory points unfortunately.
But I did have fun, and that is ultimately what it was about...that and giant stompy battlemechs.

Did a test setup of the map (open terrain #2 and #3) for my #Battletech match (unfortunately it got postponed as something came up for the person I was to play with), but I think it looks pretty damned good!

I've glued magnets to the underside of mine and keep them in tins by House/Clan/Mercenary group.

In between working on some terrain stuff my future #Battletech 2 v 2 match, I finished up a touch up of a Blackjack, a Locust, and a Wasp from the Alpha Strike box in a 15th Arcturan Guards paint job.
They were originally just a dirty white and looked terrible. The added color helped a ton IMHO.

My return to work after vacation has been hectic as heck, but I am making time to work on some terrain for a 2 v 2 match to take place in the fall at my local game shop for #Battletech.

While I lost a Thunderbolt to a headshot earlier in the game, that Nightstar of mine just soaked up that damage like a champ.
