I am currently sole full time caregiver for my 88 year old mother, and my 131 year old historic childhood home. Although I have many other identities, they seemed to have all fallen by the wayside until I am released from this role.
Wishing I was in a place/situation to be able to focus on deep adaptation. I am absolutely not, and it’s terrifying.
