Also, the White Baltic Porter was OK... Bland but that's to be expected when you forget to order black malt, no local stores exist on brew day, delays aren't in the cards and you decide to roll with the punches anyways because damnit you want beer.

All in all a quick brew day with a 1.065 OG. Thankfully it's cold as shit today and I can cool the wort in the yard. I really should invest in a wort chiller...

Well thanks to Saaz being an idiot and forgetting to buy black malt today's Baltic Porter is now a White Baltic Porter. It'd be nice if brick and mortar homebrew stores still existed, could have fixed this problem with a quick drive...

Been experimenting with the SolidWorks Maker license... I want to like it. I really like SolidWorks and Delmia is OK... but the 3DExperience is cancer and I hate it. You're bad at PLM Dassault, stop it.

I wish Home Depot would default to only showing me things in store... I hate finding something, deciding to go up and buy it at the brick and mortar only to forget to check if it was online only or kept in stock...
