The Halifax Chamber of Commerce didn't like that people weren't working downtown and spending money while doing so, and I believe that was the real reason why the province ordered people back to the office.

Just ATVers out respecting nature. I'm sure they'll chime in about how they put so much maintenance into the trails (that they rip up and destroy) and how everyone should worship them for it.
