I nearly cancelled (had CC dispute) for T-shirts I ordered because they took the order but never communicated anything for weeks. Fortunately, had a friend that helped me track down seller. It was just a slow delivery and they finally arrived. But without that help, they would’ve lost the biz.

I have stayed in a business where relationships and referrals are where everything comes from. Seeing how badly Microsoft handles support and that AI will be the future (present) of our phone trees is extremely sad. Hardly the hospitality world, but Apple still has stateside support. I hope it lasts
