hell, Boone’s side quest and the whole Bitter Springs situation in general, it’s made pretty clear the NCR are not the good guys. they’re just the ones who happen to not be slavers

according to an interview it was apparently (allegedly) “AI-assisted photoshop work” but it sure as fuck sounds—and looks— like “we used the built-in Adobe plagiarism machine so we could have plausible deniability” to me
