My Jewish friend got married with an heirloom ring.
I didn't ask but wondered how many times the ring was swallowed to avoid seizure.

It’s great. It only covers buildings 110% the size of the originals. I had hoped that many areas would be upzoned and allowed to build hardened multi family structures without CEQA.

I've seen cases cited from the mid-18th century regarding litigation privilege. Apparently attorneys figured out super early that they shouldn't be suing each other for suing each other.
