I don't think the goal is deregulation necessarily, rather speed. the goals can be made something that we promise to audit for after the fact

I had the same initial reaction, but having listened to some of the details from podcasts, it is mind boggling the delays that were built into the dems' own bills, all in the name of defensible goals. we're talking years and years of delays

It takes two sides to negotiate, how do you negotiate when (at least initially) Russia wanted and expected to completely take over Ukraine.

I know this is not the main point of your post, but HRV I have found is so complicated a signal that just giving a simple reason like "HRV low you should rest" is a trap, it pretty much needs deeper reasoning and context and individual history.

Fair point. Xert has a reputation of being hard to understand, but based on what you're saying, it is probably by design as they want to keep it proprietary.

What about things like Xert for cycling? They don't use the AI buzzword I think, but base their recommendations on a (claimed) physiology based model. TrainerRoad does use the AI buzzword and uses it to generate their "adaptive" cycling training plans.

What does it even mean to agree to "stop the criminality". What if they say yeah fine and then trump continues doing it? He's given no indication anything constrains him yet. No mere verbal agreement would mean anything to him.

Wouldn't he just get fired if he didn't resign? What's the point in hanging on for no reason? Just for the norms? Trump already violated those before (with Comey) and nothing happened. Biden should've fired Wray, just on principle, if this is the new norm.

System would've been way sinpler with just government insurance, but look how difficult this was to pass. All government insurance would've been resisted even harder. Anyway my only point is even if not perfect this is better than before.

How else do you keep premiums down if not increasing the risk pool? If you disallow denial and don't require coverage, people will only sign up once they're sick. Only way around that is everyone to be in some risk pool. Government or private.
