The Balsillie Case Studies, which I am leading, is an exciting repository of cases that speak to the policy gaps and dilemmas around the governance of emerging technologies in various sectors. A great opportunity for field experts to be published and compensated. If you have ideas, I'm all ears.

I am pleased to share that I have taken up a research position as Policy Researcher at @ploughsharesca.bsky.social. I will be looking at space governance among other issues with focus on human rights and public interest in the coming days with my superbly warm and talented colleagues.

I did a similar experiment with ChatGPT by asking about myself. What I found problematic is that its hallucination from the large language model leads it to even defend some of the misinformation and made-up hyperlinks it provided, at which point it becomes a construction of disinformation.
