I don't have a formal #autism diagnosis, but fellas is it neurotypical to write an SOP for your partners so they know how to support you better? What about a recipe book just for your safe foods, that's definitely not #autistic, right? Right?!?

My flavor of #autism holds onto me like a rubber band. If I stretch it too far, too fast, it'll snap, and that shit hurts. But if I go slowly, a little at a time, then I can make room for something new. A new experience, a first date, a new food or TV show.
