Did the stuffed sweet potato again.
But this time it's stuffed with rice, peas, carrots, Serrano peppers, red onion, baby bella mushrooms, spinach, and topped with sweet chili sauce.

B12 comes from bacteria once existing in the dirt and water that was on the plants we eat and on the plants fed to animals. Animal agriculture has polluted so much that its only man-made now. The B12 you get from meat was supplemented in liquid form in the animal feed.

Way more protein than your pathetic piece of animal corpse, zero sat. fats, zero cholesterol and plenty of fiber. Enjoy your heart disease.

Nearly every consequential congressional vote has had R’s voting against objectively good choices or for objectively bad ones.
