Grateful for some intense days at #ICON25 in Porto and energised from the people I (re)connected with — so much input, inspiring discussions, and the chance to share my work on hippocampal neurofeedback 🧠 Now moving from brainwaves to ocean waves: recharging with workouts & the sea 🏄🏼♀️🏋🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
