The billionaires own the government and always will. Making government bigger and more powerful always helps the rich and already powerful. The purpose of government is to make the rich richer and the powerful more powerful, ever since the very first king issued the very first tax.

To be clear, it's not some antisemitic conspiracy theory that US lawmakers voted to ban TikTok in order to shut down criticism of Israel among young people. They openly admitted that this was in fact what they were doing.

If Democrats want to win the next election, they need to rid themselves of delusions like this one. People aren't happy with the political establishment. Trump won because he's not part of that establishment.
The actual Deep State will take over on January 20.
