My semi-srs suggestion: dump war chest on a locally targeted Insta/Tok ad where a woman taps through a dating app, swipes right on someone, then asks, "Wait, did he cure his ballot?" Swipes through his pics, sees KC "ballot confirmed" image, sighs in relief. "CURE YOUR BALLOT TODAY" + easy URL.
