Be honest, is your tool going to be largely symbolic or does it have the ability to cause behaviour change?

What is your tool trying to change, research design, conduct or dissemination?

Just because your tool exists it does not mean that your audience knows why they need to use it.

Are you sure your tool is needed? We are in a world flooded by many tools and frameworks.
