You might have caught Covid but were asymptomatic, or a flu. The virus can still do its damages in your system for months. Rest, drink a lot of water, if you can switch coffee, etc to green tea/match and look into a low inflammation diet plan to try for a month.
I am living with these symptoms.

I am puzzled by him. His mind is half developed, yet comes across like he has lived an adult life of many decades- privileged one, when he’s so young and dressed in a dad suit, a dad haircut and glasses. He is that five year old who wanted all the sand in the sandbox and kicked us out.
