I have talked to her friends in yangon they also are having power issues but still nothing from her and cell service seems down so I can't get calls though.

due to my mental health and Anxiaty being very bad i have postponed applying to pip for 4 years as i knew it was hard to even get on pip and recive help ect so i kept putting it off its just become hard to cope and needed pip to support me i got the paper work last week now i dont think i can do it
