This weekend I was in NYC and New Jersey, in sub freezing temps and a snowstorm. On Monday, Spouse and I drive home through said storm and its remnants to find it was 60 degrees warmer where we live and I'm wearing shorts in February.

So I recently learned they decided to make a Doogie Hauser reboot set in Hawaii, and I have to know, did they decide on remaking Doogie and wind up setting it in Hawaii, or did they want to set a show in Hawaii and decide on rebooting Doogie. What was their process?
