The next set of games shouldn’t let us play as Wright. I love the man dearly, but his story’s been told.

While technically true, this statement remains functionally inconceivable

You’re the reason I got into Monster Hunter, and my favorite content creator. Your animations can be wholesome or hilarious (or both!) and I always look forward to anything you make. Thank you so much for all you do!

Needs to be some sort of eldrich/devine being who has absolutely no desire for power. And by absolutely I do mean absolutely. Being humble or mild mannered isn’t enough; for instance, the ring would absolutely corrupt Superman.
Maybe Gwenpool could pull some bs to avoid it? Unlikely, but possible

Less “was wise enough” and more “absolutely did not care about it in any way shape or form”. They even make a point of saying they can’t hide the ring with him because he’d randomly lose it somewhere due to how little he values it (which is not at all)

Easily Kindled Magic, the first book from Strength of Thousands. That book was so much fun to run, and made me re-think a lot of my GMing style. From the creative challenges to the various reward systems, it gave me a lot of great ideas

I once had an area that survived an invasion of crystal creatures that was so overwhelming the whole country turned into a desert, the sand being the ground corpses of the invading force. The capital of the country had mostly glass buildings made from this sand, standing vigil against a new invasion

I love talking with you, but I worry about your mental health. You often can’t show up to things you plan to and I can’t tell if you need to push through more or if you need a psychiatrist (it’s probably both)

Now you do me!

Hate to burst your bubble, but your ttrpg characters have about as much personality as a book.

Oh wait

@lythero.bsky.social once said something years ago in a Rivals of Aether video that I hold near and dear to my heart to this day: it’s not a real game unless it has a fishing mini-game

Hit me up if you want someone to do it with you. I find having a second person involved can help me push myself to get things done

As a forever gm, I don’t have a lot of pcs, but I’m a big fan of the one I’m playing currently: a Vishkanya Thaumaturge who joined the circus to teach others about Vishkanya, but is such a huge nerd she ended up fascinated with the outside world and gathers all sorts of legends/trinkets for her show

Overly Sarcastic Productions has turned me on to a lot of neat myths, but my favorite has to be Utgard-Loki, the story where Thor gets tricked into doing various impossible tasks that seem simple and then almost causes major catastrophes by doing them anyway.
